恵比寿の七宝ははじめて。
12時前に行ってもいつも行列。
今回は朝から決めてたので意を決して来訪。
10分くらい待つと入れました。意外に
回転は早いのかも。
スープは3辛、春雨をおぼろ豆腐に、
トッピングは、
うずら、モヤシ、キクラゲ、キャベツ
つくね、タコ団子、がんもなどを。
やはり、スープが美味しいですね。
卓上の薬味を入れて、さらに自分の好みの味へ
山椒オイルは爽やかさとシビを程よく足せて
オススメ。刻みニンニクも、かなり味に深みが
出るので、お昼問題なければ、足すのオススメ。
担々スープも気になるし、チーズ入れてみたら
どうなるのかな？とか、好奇心が止まらない。
もうちょっと空いてたらいいのにな…
