イタリアン・ワイン・ベスト・ソムリエ・コンクール2019年で準優勝したソムリエがいるお店。
ワインと食事のペアリングコースが10,000円以下と恵比寿駅近の好立地ならぬ、ワイン好きならハマっさまうであろう、穴場店。
ソファー席とカウンター席が整然と並べられた、スタイリッシュな店内には
女子会やデートを楽しむ方で8割ほどの埋まり( *´꒳`*)割とオープンな空間なのでお店の前を通りかかったひともつい入ってしまうような、そんな親しみやすさがあります。
もちろんアラカルトもありますが初めての方へ
ソムリエの説明の元旬野菜やお魚、肉料理がセットになったペアリングコースがおすすめ。
・ 桃とブッラティーナのマリネ
嫌いな人はそうそういないであろうブッラータまたはブッラティーナとフルーツの鉄板の組み合わせ。
このひと皿があるお店は勝手にオシャレレストラン認定してしまう(笑)。
桃は官能的な甘みというよりは、ブッラティーナを邪魔しない控えめな甘さと酸味。いっそうまろやかに引き立てるオイルの使い方がワンランク上。
・魚介のサラダ仕立て
太刀魚と旬野菜のサラダ仕立て
日替わりです。パプリカ、葉物野菜、食卓に花を咲かせてくれる色とりどりの温野菜。ムール貝が花弁のように添えられ、ふわふわの太刀魚が。
スープは一滴も残さず飲み欲したくなる滋味深い味です。
・ゴルゴンゾーラ、とうもろこし、ズッキーニのグラタン
メインといえども、ワインに合うよう少量の提供です。
飴色になるまでじっくり煮込まれた玉ねぎと
クセがとれマイルドに仕上がったブルーチーズとズッキーニ…この組み合わせは珍奇だけど、美味しい！
