11/16/2022 Winner of the Italian Wine Best Sommelier Competition 2022! A 5-course meal paired with 5 glasses of wine. The five dishes include an assortment of appetizers, seafood salad, specialty gratin, Meat Dishes, cheese and our recommendations. To accompany the five dishes, the winning sommelier will offer five special Italian wines, including some premium wines that are hard to find nowadays. The two wines will be different from the regular pairing course and will be changed to ultra-premium, high-end wines. For those who do not drink much alcohol, it is possible to reduce the amount of wine and add non-alcoholic pairings to that amount.
