契約農家から仕入れた新鮮な野菜を使用した料理とコンクール優勝のソムリエが選ぶ料理に合ったワインが楽しめる料理店。
恵比寿駅東口から徒歩7分くらいの場所。
「恵比寿のお店」のイメージ通りのオシャレさ。
ウッド調の暖かみのある什器と打ちっぱなしで無機質な建物。ソファ席もあり、くつろげる空間。

料理:苺とブッラティーナのリース仕立て
小さい水牛のチーズと甘い苺、オリーブオイル。オリーブオイルがチーズと合うのはもちろんだけど、苺ともこんなに会うなんて！！

ノンアル:ゆずとアップルジュース
ゆずのリンゴのバランスが良い。
程よい酸味がある。
すだち香る真鯛のサラダ仕立て

ペアリングの酸味が合う。
