魚介のサラダ仕立ては色鮮やかな野菜が沢山入ってて魚はハマチです。
野菜の下にはハマチの出汁が溜まってて、野菜をつけて食べると野菜とハマチの旨味が同時に味わえて素晴らしいです。
飲み干したくなるような美味しい出汁でした。
そしてグラタン！！こちらはお店のスペシャリテ。
ゴルゴンゾーラを使っておりとても濃厚。
熱々でめっちゃ美味しいです。
コースでグラタンが出てくるのって珍しい気がします。
そして牛タンホホ肉！
こちらは低音で36時間の火入れがされているそうです。
ナイフを置いた瞬間崩れるくらい柔らかいです。
これはすごいです！歯がなくても食べられそうでしたw
最後はチーズが出てきて〆です。
普段はペアリングをする機会が少ないのですが、ノンアルでもかなり楽しめました。
同伴者はワインを飲んでいましたが、とても満足していました。
