Food Flavorful handmade soba and tempura made with the chef's expert skills
After training at a well-known restaurant in Ogikubo, the head chef began working at Gensuian KITSUNÉ, which we operated in Tsukishima for seven years. We are particular about the production area of soba in Ibaraki Prefecture, and we use buckwheat flour carefully ground in a stone mill. We offer more than 15 types of flavorful soba noodles that are rich in aroma and sweetness as you chew. In addition to the standard soba noodles from Tenseiro and Kurumi Seiro, we also have seasonal original soba noodles that you can enjoy all year round.

Yusei's popular terrine is a perfect combination of pork feet and chicken. On top of the terrine is a sauce made with sudachi and olive oil.

Although the exterior looks like a Japanese house, once you enter the store you will find yourself in a space that is not typical of a soba restaurant created by Japanese and French influences. On the walls are works by Edo ukiyo-e artists Katsushika Hokusai and Utagawa Hiroshige, as well as French impressionists Monet and Van Gogh, who were influenced by them at the same time. The chairs and tableware are from the French brand Astier de Villatte.
