土日のみランチ営業やっている日本料理店。カウンターのみ。
恵比寿駅から歩いて４～５分ほど。オープンキッチンです。
バーのような大人な雰囲気。ランチお任せコースは７５００円。
１２時３０からのオープンです。前から気になっていたんですが、
平日は夜のみのオープンなので、なかなか行かれずにいました。
今回は１人で訪問。料理もお酒も定評があるよう。とても楽しみ。
バーカウンターのようなハイチェア。座り心地がいい。
まずは生ビール９５０円をいただき料理を待ちます。
サッポロプレミアムホワイト白帆乃香。泡がきめ細やか。
料理は鯛出汁のスープから。いい出汁です。
それから大きな地ハマグリの酢味噌和え。
ハマグリ出汁のジュレがかかっていて、大きな地ハマグリ。
とっても美味しくて、まだビールが残っているのに
日本酒をお願いしてしまいました。それからアイナメのお椀。
アイナメは揚げてあり花山椒がのっていました。いい香り。
それからお造り２種。桜鯛とスマガツオ。どちらも美味しい。
特にスマガツオのたたきが、とても好み。鮪のような食感。
クセが少なく。思わず店主に「美味しい！」と言ってしまいました。
次はサクラマスの揚げたもの。半生で、しっとりとしています。
行者にんにくの柔らかな餡がかかっていて、これも美味しい。
そして土鍋ご飯はシラスと桜エビがたっぷり。
とても美味しくいただきました。デザートまで付いて７５００円とは！
追加で料理もお願いできるよう。夜も行ったみたいなって思いました。
隠れ家的なお店なので、デートにも良さそう。素敵なお店を見つけました。
