恵比寿に新しくオープンした割烹。
3月12日にオープンでしたが直後にすぐに休業。
今回再開してランチも始めたようなので訪問。
2種の味わい蕎麦切りをチョイス。

ランチの蕎麦は、目の前で手打ち。
そのあたりの東京の蕎麦屋より、香りも高く美味い。
