やはり素晴らしい
移転後は初訪問。
カウンターに奥には個室、中目黒の時とは雰囲気が変わり和のテイスト。
コースはひとつのみ、でもここに来たら追加で蟹は必須。
松葉ガニの解禁までは毛蟹となります。甘くて身がギッシリの一皿、最高でした。^ ^
ホタテとカラスミの海苔巻きはおかわりしちゃいました。
その他、クエ、スミイカの子供、牡蠣、ブリ、白子に鰹と贅沢でした。^ ^
薬味やジュレなどを使用して頂く匠林の技にはいつも感動させられます。中目黒の時より好きになりました。
美味しいものは笑顔を生み、久しぶりの友人との時間を満喫しました。

時期の毛蟹、ワインも豊富。
