恵比寿のビルの3階に、
そっとオープンしたビストロ。
ワインはもちろん、
焼酎など、
アルコールはいろいろとありそうです。
お料理は、
まずは4品出して、
メインを相談する形。
●生ハム
しっとりとした生ハムの下に、
カマンベールとシャインマスカット。
オリーブオイルと黒胡椒で。
●大分スマカツオ
バルサミコソース
シソの新芽
厚めのスマカツオで、
食べ応えあります。
●朱朱（フルーツトマト）のガスパチョ
パプリカやきゅうりなどを入れたガスパチョに、
朱朱のスパイスマリネを添えて。
●鮎のコンフィ
西京味噌と柚子胡椒のソース、
はんじろう胡瓜と。
大きめの鮎で、
少し骨もありましたが、
前菜としてはボリュームあります。
●プティフール
粉を使わないガトーショコラ。
既に常連さんもいらっしゃるようで、
通うと使い勝手が良さそうです☆
