この日は鮨利崎さんへ訪問
代々木公園の方へは何度かお邪魔させて頂いてましたが、恵比寿店は初訪問
薄暗い店内で大人の雰囲気漂う空間です。
大将はまだ20代とお若いのですが、代々木公園でしっかり修行を積まれ、本格的な江戸前鮨を提供されています。
この日特に美味しかったのは、さんま、いわし
光り物をうまく処理されてました。
握り11貫、おつまみ4品
お酒も沢山飲んで、一人15000円くらいでした。
コスパもよく、また来たいお店です。
