恵比寿駅西口から、渋谷橋方面に少し歩いたところにお店を構えるお寿司屋さん。
奥渋谷にある鮨利﨑さんの3号店として、2021年11月にオープンしたお店です。
本店よりも更にリーズナブルにお寿司を頂け、かつ予約も取りやすいことで重宝されるお店となっております。
■メニュー
お料理は握りとつまみが付いたお任せコース（11,000円）のみ。
コースは一通り食べ終えた後、残っているネタについては追加が可能なスタイルとなります。
この日のコースの内訳は以下の通りです。

■感想
鮨好きの友人から誘って頂き、初めて訪問した鮨利﨑の恵比寿店。
渋谷の本店には前にお伺いした事がありましたが、美味しいだけあって予約が取りにくく、少し足が遠ざかっていました。
こちらは3号店という位置付けで、予約も取りやすく本店よりリーズナブルな価格設定がされていますが、使うネタは本店と同様のクオリティを誇ります。
コースは握り12貫＋つまみ6品という構成となっており、一見握りの品数が少ないようにも思えますが、握りのポーションが大きいため充分に満足感が得られます。
この日特に印象に残るのは、鰯の握り。
鮨利﨑の本店でも鰯の美味しさに衝撃を受けたことは記憶に新しいですが、こちらでも本店さながらの神懸かった鰯が頂けます。
鰯自体には脂がしっかりと乗っていながらも、ほんのりと〆る事で味の輪郭を整え、旨味の発散を防ぐ素晴らしい仕事が垣間見える一品。
残念ながらお代わりは出来ないとのことでしたが、可能なら何貫でも頂きたい最高の握りでした。
お酒のラインナップも非常に良く、途中からはほぼ一貫に一種類のセルフペアリング状態になりながら、合計9種類の日本酒を堪能します。
十四代などの希少な銘柄も取り揃えてあり、ラインナップの強さが伺えました。
これだけ食べて飲んで、お会計は1人1.6万弱というお得すぎる金額に驚き。
思わず内訳が合っているか大将に聞いてしまうほど、お得な価格設定にとても満足しました。
お世辞抜きで、また必ずお伺いしたいお寿司屋さんです。
