Our store has been recognized for its track record and is able to purchase high-quality, fresh meat from Shibaura Horumon, a company that does not normally sell to new restaurant. Kuroge Wagyu beef tongue is a specialty dish that has a different melting quality and flavor. Also, be sure to try the ``fillet butter'' where you can enjoy the thick meat. Not only does the garlic butter on top of the meat have a great impact, but it's also so tender that you don't have to chew it with your teeth. Also, the melted butter is irresistible when it matches the degree of grilling.
