Community Contribution Activities
Our mushrooms are grown in "Kinoko Village" deep in the mountains of Nagano. The famous ``Mushroom Hot pot'' always offers an assortment of about 12 unique mushrooms, including the gentle vermilion Tokiiro oyster mushroom, bright yellow Tamogitake, black abalone mushroom, and Yamabushitake mushroom. A la carte dishes are also available, including luxurious spring rolls made with fragrant porcini mushrooms.
