東京旅行で訪れたお店の備忘録です。
こちらのお店も東京在住のグルメな友人に選んでもらったお店で、大当たりでした。
恵比寿駅から線路沿いを徒歩でトコトコ歩いて少し山を登った辺りにお店はありました。
ビルの５Fにあります。
現地集合でしたが、田舎者の私でも辿り付けました＾＾
なんでも恵比寿に別店舗の「焼肉一七三」もあるらしく、お店を間違えないようにと友達から注意があって助かりました。お気をつけくださいませ。
さて、厨房がよく見えるカウンター席に案内され、最初なので一七三のおまかせコース8000円を予約して来店しましたが（友人が）、事前に苦手な物を聞いていただけたようです。親切。
お肉に関しては詳しくありませんが、タレに付けてごまかした感じではなく、お肉の良い部分だけ切り取って提供してくださっているようで、どのお肉も最高の味わいでした。
最初に出てきたタンのトマト煮は、先日テイクアウトで頂いたタンシチューのタンより柔らかくてうまうま＾＾
トマトソースも美味しくて、スプーンを付けて欲しかったくらい。
もうこの段階でご飯が欲しくなった。
その後に出てきたキムチの盛り合わせも、甘辛くて日本人好みの味。
向山サラダは焼肉のタレを使ったドレッシングで。
上タン、赤身もとても綺麗で良い部位だけを出していることは明らかで、一枚一枚悶絶しながら頂きました。
ハラミは焼いた後に少し寝かせてから、丁寧にスライスしたものを
さらに焼いて、上からガーリックバター（ネギソースも選べました）をたっぷりかけてバーナーで炙り
この説明書いただけで、思い出してよだれが出てきました。。。
レバニラは、グリルパンみたいなプレートに載せてお店の人が焼いてくれました。
あまりレバーは得意ではなかったんだけど、クセもなく、タレもよく絡んで美味しかった。
すき焼き風のお肉もお店の人が絶妙な加減で焼いて、濃い黄身の入った器に入れてくれます。
締めには、大きな丸っぽい土鍋が登場し、テンション爆上がり。
蓋を開けると、たくさんのカットステーキが載った混ぜご飯が出てきて、サイコーでした。
デザートもおしゃれ感があって、女性同士でもデートでも良いと思います。
普通だったら、違う物を食べてみたいとなりますが、またこのコースでも全然良い！と思える
そんなおまかせコースでした。
