Food Chinese food using seasonal ingredients
We use seasonal ingredients and prepare dishes with plenty of vegetables depending on the season. This is Chinese Cuisine where you can feel the four seasons.
Food ～Many numbing Chinese Cuisine with unique spices～
[Masamune Mapo Tofu] We use Beixian bean sauce that has been aged for over 3 years, and the depth of aging gives you a rich and lingering spiciness. What's more, Wushan, which is a combination of Hana Sansho that has been crushed just beforehand and four different fragrances, brings out the aroma, giving you the numbing sensation that is unique to authentic mapo tofu. The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the numbing sensation of the Japanese pepper, followed by the spiciness of the bean sauce and homemade chili oil, making it a dish with a depth of spiciness.

He started Chinese Cuisine at the age of 17, and at the age of 18 he began training in traditional Chinese Cuisine from scratch at Akasaka Sichuan Hotel, which has received two Michelin stars. While cherishing the traditional Chinese Cuisine inherited from famous Chinese restaurants, we aim to become the only Chinese Cuisine restaurant in the world by challenging ourselves to think outside the box and using new techniques.

The open space with a ceiling height of 3.8m has a custom-made counter and an island kitchen.The sight of the chef deftly preparing the dishes in front of you, and the sexy steam rising from the bamboo steamer, makes you feel as if you are in a theater.
