妻が前に行っておいしかったので予約してくれて、一緒に行ってきました。
恵比寿から少し歩くんですね。この日は風が強く、少し寒かったです～。
店内はカウンター6席だけ。
スタッフは、寿司を握るさとるさんと奥さん、アシスタントの女性の3名です。
今回は、18時からのコースで、当然のごとく満席でした。
一品目は茄子のお寿司でした。
「おいでなすー」と、さとるさんのダジャレトークが始まりました。
お刺身は、ナメタガレイとカマスです。
如何にも新鮮そうです。
タコの煮物は上品な味付けでした。
金目鯛を炙ってジュレを添えたものは、ネギがアクセントになっています。
握りは、ヒラメ、さより、車海老、中トロ、赤身、中トロ漬け、赤身漬け、雲丹、などなど。
どのネタもとってもおいしかったですが、江戸前寿司をいただくと、江戸前意外は食べる気が無くなっちゃいますね…。
赤貝を追加してもらいました。
飲み物は最初はビールで、その後、日本酒を料理に合うものを適当に見繕ってもらい、何種類かいただきました（写真参照）。自分は日本酒は何を飲んでもおいしく感じるので、全てとーってもおいしかったですね！
デザートはおはぎです。細かいですが、自分はこし餡はあんまり好きじゃないので、つぶし餡だったらよかったのにと思いました(笑)。
しかしながら、お寿司も、一品料理もどの品もとってもおいしく、素晴らしいと思いました。
また、来たいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
