Our restaurant offers seasonal Japanese-style meal made with plenty of seasonal ingredients. There is also a wide variety of dishes using ingredients from Kyushu, the owner's hometown. More than half of the menu changes every month so that you can enjoy the best taste of the season. Currently, we recommend wild vegetables, bamboo shoots, and firefly squid. All dishes are prepared using simple cooking methods without adding any unnecessary steps. Please enjoy our many exquisite dishes that bring out the original taste of the ingredients to the fullest.

The owner's recommendation is the ``assorted sashimi'' made with fresh fish purchased daily from Toyosu. You can enjoy to your heart's content the deliciousness that only comes from the season. "Miyazaki Red Chicken Tataki" is a soul food from Miyazaki Prefecture, the owner's hometown. The surface is charcoal-grilled for a fragrant finish. Enjoy with ponzu sauce. “Donabe” is Kyoto-yaki earthenware pot rice whose contents change depending on the season. It's the perfect dish to end the dish. We offer different items depending on the number of customers.
