近年リニューアルオープンした、恵比寿ガーデンプレイス。
スターバックスの近くに素敵なカフェができていたので入ってみました。
日曜午後だったので、やや並びましたがテラス席であれば早めに席につけるとのことでテラスでお願いしました。
空調が効いているので意外と暖かいです。
注文したのは、
バターミルクパンケーキのプレーンパンケーキ 1400円
と、
フレンチトースト 1200円
この辺りにしてはわりとリーズナブルだと思います。
パンケーキはふわっと柔らかく優しい甘さが美味しい。
そこまで甘くないのでバターやメープルシロップで調整するのですが、そのままで充分美味しかったです。生地もきめ細やかで一枚一枚丁寧に焼いているな〜と言う印象。
パンケーキは原価は安いのですが、意外と焼くのにもテクニックがいるし、工程が結構面倒なので、
このクオリティで1400円はなかなかお値打ちだと思います。
フレンチトーストもひとくちいただきましたが、外はカリッと、中身はプルプルで、しっかりアパレイユに漬け込まれていたのがわかるフレンチトースト。
こちらも美味しかったです。
店内の雰囲気もよく(やや暗め)
デートにも使えそうなおしゃれなお店でした。
