今週は週一で出社、オフィスは恵比寿。
せっかく出てきたらならば、やはり飲まずにはいられないのが酒飲みの性。
会社の飲み会でも使えそうなお店を新規開拓しましょう(^^♪

恵比寿駅西口、お店が密集しているエリアですね。
お店の看板を見つけて地下に降りると、まさかの知り合いに遭遇。
世間って狭いなぁ〜（笑）
お席いろいろなタイプがあるみたいですが、この日はラグジュアリーな半個室に案内していただきました。
この席の距離感、カップルには最適ではないでしょうか(*^^*)
飲み放題付きカジュアル６品5000円＋記念日プランのコースでございます。
○本日のアミューズ
・セロリと香草のカルパッチョ
お上品に一口スプーンに盛られた一品。
サーモンや白身魚に香草が効いていて、もう一口も二口も欲しくなります。
○前菜
・シュリンプといくらのジュレマリネ
こちらも透明な小ぶりの小鉢に海老とイクラが可愛らしく乗っています。
控え目なジュレとの相性も◎
○オードブル
・霧島サーモンミキュイ いくらタルタル
びっくりサイズのサーモンの塊がテーブルへと運ばれて参りました。
店員さんがそれをバーナーで炙り、いくらタルタルをたっぷりかけていただきます。
ナイフ入れて改めてその厚みを実感。
外はしっかり火入れ、中はしっとり半生、加減の丁度良いミキュイでございました。
○本日のパスタ
・鶏肉とトマトのパスタグラタン
熱々チーズの上にさらにパルメザンチーズを削っていただきます。
パスタともグラタンとも言えるパスタグラタン。
もちもち麺にトマトとチーズの濃厚加減がたまりません！！
○メイン
・炎の海賊骨付き牛ハンバーグ香草仕立て。
ついにメインディッシュのお肉！！
一人ひとつ、スキレットの上にはなんとも可愛らしい骨が出っぱった漫画肉。
最後はフランベで燃え上がる炎の演出。
牛100％のハンバーグは見ごたえも食べごたえも抜群でした。
○記念日DOLCE
[特大DOLCEプレート]×[オリシャン]×[シャンパンタワー]
「おめでとうございます！！」と運んできていただいたのは、お花の装飾も華やかな大きなドルチェプレート。
それだけじゃありません！！
グラスをタワー上に並べて、シャンパンを丸々１本降り注ぐ、まさかのシャンパンタワーを初体験。
しかもこれ人数関係なくコースに+1000円でつけられるというから驚き。
テンションめっちゃ上がったーーー！！！
記念日でなくても頼むべし(≧∀≦)♡
期待以上のドキドキワクワクな演出の連続で、終始楽しかったです。
お洒落な内装なので、デートはもちろん。
個室席、カラオケやダーツも併設しているので、会社の飲み会や２次会でも使い勝手が良さそう。
希望すればコース料金のみでカラオケ付きの個室席にも案内できるとのこと。
コスト含めてパフォーマンスの高いフレンチイタリアンで大満足でございましたm(_ _)m
