025/200 I went to "TiTi", Bistro that opened in Ebisu. It is about a 10 minute walk from Ebisu Station and is characterized by a bright green building. There are about 12 counter seats inside the store. It is a relaxing space surrounded by warm light. First, let's toast with bubbles. The open kitchen counter has a lively feel, which is exciting. Today's recommended menu is lined up. I'm confused as to which one to choose...! You can thoroughly enjoy the main dish and the finishing dish. The first thing I had was ufumayo with plenty of mullet. I would have preferred it a little more half-boiled, but it's a dish that goes well with wine. To go with this, I ordered white wine. Shiitake mushrooms sauteed in garlic butter. The garlic has a good effect and whets the appetite. A cute dish with homemade brioche sandwiched with rich liver mousse and truffle flavor. The crispy brioche has a slightly sweet flavor and a blissful taste. To finish off the meal, I had lamb ravioli with blue cheese sauce. It's open from 3pm, so it might be a good place to stop by for a quick lunch. It was a little too fashionable for me, so I went to the second bar and ate a lot (lol) Thank you for the meal!
