It is located in a building near the Ebisu station, where you can feel the scent of the Showa era. The store is new, so it has a bright and clean appearance, unlike the atmosphere of the building. There is a Teppan-yaki restaurant on the same floor, and it seems that they are connected inside the store! interesting. The menu we had that day: ◼️Uruito red king crab with ginger jelly ◼️Rice bowl: sweetfish, grilled turnip, rape blossoms, golden carrot The scent of yuzu spread throughout the bowl, making it refreshing. ◼️Steamed abalone, fava beans and dried persimmons dressed in white, served with mugwort tofu caviar ◼️Sashimi ◼️7 pieces of nigiri in total: kueh, tiger prawn, bluefin tuna, cold sole, horse mackerel, surf clam ◼️Swordfish tree budengaku, cream cheese Saikyo pickles, bamboo shoots boiled in Tosa ◼️ Scallop and whitebait rice (simmered seaweed in tsukudani and karasumi powder) ◼️ Trotaku rolls ◼️ Red dashi soup ◼️ La France sherbet and strawberries Sushi sushi was unusual in that it had a strong vinegar flavor. The dishes other than the nigiri were also delicious. It was served in a reasonable amount, so I was able to enjoy my meal with a drink at a leisurely pace. For drinks, I had Fujisai (potato) soda, followed by sake. For the first time, I tasted the sweet sake made by Hakkaisan. The cute looking bottle makes women want to reach out for it. Afterwards, they helped us choose sake to match our dishes, such as rice wine.
