平日21時過ぎ。並び無し。
恵比寿駅西口から直ぐの立地。
麺は増量しても値段が変わらないとの事で大盛りに。ぐちゃぐちゃに混ぜてそのまま食べてみたが、カエシとパルメザンチーズの塩味とコク、卵黄がコーティングされて美味い。肉もよく合う。
続いて卓上に並ぶ調味料から、お酢、辣油、黒胡椒を投入し味変。昇天。麺を終えたら追い飯を投入し、〆スープでよく混ぜる。最高。
ドリンク飲み放題、無数のトッピングと楽しませる演出は、さすがは町田商店や豚山を展開するギフトHDですね。よく出来ている業態です。スタッフさんも感じよく、女性客も気軽に入れる良店でした。
