It was in February of last year (23 years) that the former manager of the Nakameguro Elevated Manten, who is from Ebisu Ojinjo, raised the flag of "Sake Aomon" in Gotanda. The shop became popular one after another, and in just over a year, it made a comeback in the Ebisu Daikanyama area, and opened the second restaurant "Hajiba Aomon" here in Ebisu in March along Komazawa Street near the Yagasaki intersection. While cherishing the encounters and relationships of the store manager (who keeps saying it with an old habit, but it is the owner) so far, the ingredients are mainly purchased directly from the production, while the manager's thoughts and style, which provides each delicious dish with ingenuity while keeping the price range to the Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) level, the sense of the store manager that shines everywhere, and the plate, menu, decorations, and finally the letter of the menu. The famous menu that became famous at the Gotanda store "Zero Gravity! 30-second fried half-boiled horse mackerel "... All of them are alive and well! In addition, the interior of the store on the first floor of the newly built building is stylish and cozy with a simple modern interior based on black and wood grain with 10 U-shaped counter seats and 12 table seats~ ♪ And when I visited on the weekend a few days after the opening on March 12th, I was surprised (excuse me) and was full of thanks! As expected, it's amazing! ... Speaking of which, when I opened the Gotanda store a year ago, I had a habit of hardly advertising it, and rumors were spread by Insta influencers, and it was almost full every day ~ Again? lol I was passed to the counter seat. While watching the manager, who was busily fulfilling orders and giving instructions to the chefs in the kitchen at a good tempo, I ordered the following sake side while moistening my throat comfortably with beer. First of all, the style of choosing your favorite pass from the four dishes lined up on the counter is the same as at the Gotanda store. ◎ Two dishes (fried eggplant, pickled cherry tomatoes) ◎ Grilled shiitake mushrooms with large leaves of mayo ◎ Numb meat tofu ◎ Cuts of shin ... A delicacy made by pickling sardines in koji and aging them for a long time ◎ Deep-fried clams with sansho ◎ Fried sweet potato wine stealing butter ◎ Steamed clams and raw nori in a tea bowl ◎ Super coarsely ground shumai of new bamboo shoots ◎ Zero weight! Aji fried (half-boiled) ◎ Broth Inari Sushi Crispy mackerel, large leaf shirasu Each dish is delicious ~ The ♪ sake goes on and on. The numb meat tofu is delicious with the taste of meat miso as usual! The large-leaf mayo grilled shiitake mushrooms exude plenty of flavor from the large shiitake mushrooms, and I can't stand it ~ ♪ It's a pity that the fried clams don't have much of a taste of clams, but the indescribable chewy texture and the compatibility of the sansho are outstanding, and it's addictive! And it weighs zero! The fried horse mackerel (half-boiled) has the best taste with a crispy and fluffy batter full of rarity as usual~! Treats! I will come again!
