Our store stands dignifiedly on a corner of Daikanyama Hillside Terrace, 3 minutes from Daikanyama Station. We welcome you at the entrance where you can smell seasonal flowers. The red carpet and wooden tables create a gorgeous atmosphere, and there is a fireplace that was used in a 17th century French monastery. Firewood is burned and grilled meats are cooked and served directly to the table. Enjoy a freshly prepared dish while being soothed by the flickering of warm flames.

Cassoulet, a traditional dish from the Languedoc region, is one of France's most representative Local Cuisine, in which white beans are slowly simmered together with sausage and duck meat in a deep clay pot called a casserole. The chef-owner, who trained under a master known as the ``king of cassoulet,'' puts all his effort into creating a masterpiece that will captivate you with white kidney beans that absorb the flavor and fat of the sausage and duck meat. Please enjoy the delicious food that you will never forget once you taste it.

The owner-chef was born in Montpellier in the south of France and moved to Canada after working at Restaurants in Japan. After serving as sous chef at Hotel Mont Gabriel, he came to Japan as chef at Restaurants du Canada at the 1970 Osaka World Expo. After opening our store in 1984, we worked to promote Local Cuisine "cassoulet." In recognition of his achievements, the chef was awarded numerous medals by his home country, the Republic of France, and was recognized both in name and in reality. Please enjoy the chef's many delicious dishes.
