5年間ほぼ毎週会ってた子と大きめの喧嘩してから3カ月ぶりに会った時に利用しました。
会うと決まったのが3日前でコロナも落ち着いた時期で、年末・クリスマスの忙しい時期に中目黒・表参道近辺で予約できる落ち着けそうなお店がコチラだけでしたので、予約して訪問しました。
8500円（＝税サ含むと10285円）コースを注文です。
コース内容を印刷したものは出てこず、後何が出てくるか？一切わからない旅館スタイルでした。
そして店内に入って2人揃って、15分位放置状態になり、気まずさに耐えられなくなり、ドリンクメニューをお願いすると、ご高齢のホールの方からシャンパンを強めに提案され（1杯では無くフルボトルから）やはりメニューをお願いすると、ご高齢のホールの方がメニューを持ってきてくれ、その場で選びます。
ホールは若い方とご高齢の方2人で回していますが、基本的にご高齢の方がメインで接客し、若い方は補助です。（このご高齢の方がオーナーかな？って感じます）
出てきた料理は
・アミューズ3点盛・・・手で食べる 薄めの紙オシボリが1本貰える（1来店につき）
・ジュレ
・フォアグラ料理
・フランスパン
・魚
・肉（ほほ肉だった）
・デザート（ワゴンで8種類くらい出てきて好きなだけ選ぶ）（種類多くなっても量で調整されるから全部って言えば良かった）
出てきた料理は全て美味しく、フレンチって食べなれないから美味しいのかどうか？わからない料理が経験上必ず出てきますが、コチラは全部美味しかったです。
フォアグラも丁度良い量が出てきてとっても満足しました。
水はミネラル注文するとコントレックスが出てきます。（癖のある硬水で1回ケースで買って1本飲んで捨てた位苦手でしたが、今回封を開けてしまったのでそのまま飲みましたが、他にもお水あるのかな？）
1点気になったのは接客です。
ホールの二人のうち1人の方が非常にご高齢で、夜の勤務はもう耐えられないんじゃないか？と感じます。（協力金でスーパーボーナス時の休業等が影響した可能性もありますが）
アレルギー・苦手なものチェックの後、逆で出てきたり、後ろの席の方が「すいませーん」と何度も大きな声で呼んでも私の隣に佇んでいて気付かず「呼んでるよ！（呼んでますよ！と丁寧に言うべきだった）」って大きな声で教えたり自分の席に集中出来ずハラハラしました。
日本のそこそこの値段がするレストランって、『水を半分いれてそこから二口飲んだらまた半分まで入れて』ってして、『しっかり気を配ってるアピールをする』と学んだ事がありますが、コチラは接客に不安要素しか無く、終始ハラハラしました。
行くべき客層は、アレルギー食材を伝えたのに出されたり、呼んでも来てもらえない（決して混雑時でも無く）状態でも一切気にしない代官山在住の心が海のように広い富裕層・準富裕層の昔から通ってる方になります。
接待や誕生日等、自分が一緒にいる相手の事だけを考えて食事をしたい方は絶対に行ってはいけないお店です。
ただ、この方（オーナー）が辞めてしまうと生きがいも無くなってしまうだろうし辞めてはいけないと思います。
ここまで不安だと、サービス料取らずに、（同じ値段を取ろうと思ったら）料理の金額を上乗せした方が良いと思います。
