狭い間口から洞窟の中へ続くような階段を地下へ進むと、そこに現れるのは隠れ家のような空間。

地下と言っても天井がとても高く圧迫感が無いので、落ち着いて隠れ蓑に出来そうな雰囲気が良い感じです。

[大仙鶏と有機酵素玄米の特製“bulky”ブッダボウル 1500円]
大きめのボウルに色とりどりの野菜と低温調理した大仙鶏、下に酵素玄米が仕込まれています。

まず、野菜はしっかりと水切りされているので全体的に味がぼやける事無く、それぞれの食材を美味しく食べられるのが嬉しいところ( *´艸｀)

大仙鶏はむね肉ですが、しっとりジューシーで柔らかくとても食べやすいです。

そして何より美味しかったのが酵素玄米！
今までに数は少ないものの、何度か色々なお店で酵素玄米を食べてきてますが、今のところ断トツで好みの味と食感でした。

もちっとしつつも、ちゃんと玄米の粒感もあり、
コクと自然な甘味も楽しめる奥深い味わいが何とも美味しい(*´▽｀*)

野菜やドレッシングとの調和も取れていてとても食べやすいブッダボウルでした。

ブッダボウルは、今回頂いた大仙鶏バージョンの他に大豆ミートを使用したベジタリアン向けのものもあります。
次回はそちらも試してみたいなと思いました。
