カウンターメインの清潔感があって落ち着いた雰囲気の良い店内です。
電話予約の時にコースをお願いしておきましたが、炊き込みご飯の代わりに冷やし担々麺に変更できないかとうかがったところ快く引き受けていただき感謝です。
最初の前菜からきれいだし美味しいし、器もきれいだし、次の料理もどんなのだろう、と期待させられます。
繊細で和でもあり仏でもあり、いろんな角度から楽しめました。
全部美味しかったけど、冷やし担々麺と粕漬けの鴨肉が絶品でした。
ワインの種類も豊富でしかもお手心価格なのでワインと食事を十分に楽しむことができます。
料理もワインも美味しくて、店主の方もとても気さくで親切な方で、これは常連さんが増えそうです。
予約が取りずらくなる前にまた伺いたいです。
