去年オープンしたばかりで
夫婦でやっているお店ということを雑誌で見て行ってみました。
店内は木の香りがして立派な杉のカウンダーがあり素敵なお店でした。
今回は、雑誌で見た１００００円のディナーコースを予約でお願いしました。
特に美味しかったメニューをご紹介します。
※カンパチのタルタル寿司
寿司と言っても普通のお寿司ではなくバルサミコスで和えられたきれいなごはんの上にサラダのようにのせられた勘八と野菜。
見た目もきれいでお箸でいただくスタイルのお料理ではじめての味で美味しかったです。
※牛ランプと聖護院蕪のソース
こんなにおいしい聖護院蕪をいただいたのは初めてです。
和食でもなくフレンチでもない、絶妙な日本人向けに作られたやさしい味でした。
聖護院蕪のソースが食べやすい牛肉ととてもよく合いました。
まさに、こんなお料理を食べられるお店を探していました。
ランチもやっているそうなので、ランチにもぜひ伺わせていただきます！！
このお店は、カウンダーとテーブル１席という小さなお店なので
１年もすればすぐに予約が取れなくなるお店だと思います。
最後にひとこと『ボトルワインが凄く安い！』
「この値段で大丈夫なんですか？」ってシェフの方に聞いちゃいました(笑)
そしたら、「お客さまにワインを自分で注いでもらっちゃってるんで」とのこと。
こんなに安いならいくらでも自分でやりますよ！

2014春 ランチにも伺いました。
西郷山公園と目黒川の花見ついでに行きたいと思ったら桜ランチコースというのをやっていて
季節を感じるとても美味しいお料理でした！
お店の外にも桜が飾ってあってカウンター席からも見えてよかったです。
