Chef Yasushi Shiraishi (He was trained by Kihachi Kumagai at KIHACHI in Minami Aoyama and SELAN in Gaienmae.He served as head chef at popular restaurants such as Southern European Cuisine Candle in Shibuya and ilbarMorricone in Ebisu.Afterwards, he served as head chef at a long-established Japanese Cuisine. An unusual selection as Nadaman's first chef in the Western Cuisine department.Based on traditional French cooking techniques, Shiraishi, who is well versed in Japanese ingredients, offers Bistro French cuisine that is easy for us Japanese people to enjoy. We are here!
