I came here for a dinner with close friends. Since this is a group that enjoys talking, I asked for a private room (for a fee). Chef's course This is a 7,900 yen course.・Amuse~Earth vegetables ・Cold potage of fresh onions served with steamed abalone and cold king crab ・Sautéed foie gras Steamed mushrooms ・Marseille-style bouillabaisse ・Japanese black beef thigh roti sauce vin rouge ・FAVORI special French cuisine ・Cafe (Coffee, tea, peppermint tea) There were lots of raw vegetables on the plate as a salad. It comes with two types of sauce, but the vegetables are too thick and everyone is clanking their plates as they eat, making it a bit difficult to eat. Root vegetables are easier to eat if they are steamed or cooked a little more. I was very happy that the potage had a lot of king crab in it. (^▽^)/ And, the sautéed foie gras was my favorite. There was a sufficient amount of foie gras, and I thoroughly enjoyed the richness of the foie gras. The Kuroge Wagyu beef roti felt a little hard to me. Maybe it's because I don't really understand the definition of roti, but I think a regular Steak would have been better. The sauce isn't very assertive, so I would have liked it with salt. FAVORI's special French cuisine is exquisite. It is unique in that it is soaked in egg wash for 10 hours, so that it soaks into the bread well. It comes with powdered sugar and popped butter, but it's not too sweet, so it melts easily even on my stomach. Peppermint tea after a meal will soothe your mouth. I am impressed by the humble wait staff. I'm glad that the restrooms are clean and well stocked with supplies. Thank you for the meal.
