接客も料理もクオリティ高し！大事な食事の時はオススメですね！
本日はこちらのお店でディナーを頂きました！
鉄板焼きはカウンターの方がエンターテイメント感がありつつ、ゆっくり食事を楽しみたいので今回はテーブル席で！
まずは乾杯のスパークリングを頂きます。
サラダからですが早速サラダから最高でした！ズワイガニが入った海鮮のサラダはドレッシングがカニ味噌のドレッシングなんですが、これが激ウマい！！濃厚なカニ味噌をしっかり堪能しました！
続いて焼きウニとホタテ磯部焼き、濃厚な雲丹を鉄板で焼いたおこげと頂く、口の中に旨味が広がります！！帆立はレアに焼かれたホタテがとっっっても美味です！ローストビーフは玉ねぎとトリュフのソースで贅沢なお味です♪ここから海鮮ゾーン、まずはカジキマグロのステーキ。身がとても柔らかくガーリックの風味も最高です！
そして待ってました鮑！！
こちらは想像よりも柔らかく凄い美味しい！美味しすぎてすぐ無くなっちゃいました、、、肉ゾーンはイベリコベジョータの鉄板焼きは最高級の豚を堪能！脂が旨すぎる！バルサミコと自家製スパイスとの相性も抜群です！
そして、、、国産A5ランクのサーロインステーキ！！岩手牛だったかなと思いますが、口の中でとろけます！毎回思うけど、同じ牛でもこんなに味違うのが不思議だなーと、、
最後は大葉の風味もとても良い、絶品ガーリックライスで〆てご馳走様でした！
料理全てが美味しくハズレが一個もなかったです！店員さんの雰囲気もとても良く、とても良い店に出会えたなと思います(^^)
必ずまた来たいと思います！ご馳走様でした♪

I visited this place about two years ago, but it was so delicious and satisfying that I decided to come back! The menu was exactly the same as last time! As always, the scallops, abalone, tuna, and meat were all incredibly delicious! The garlic rice at the end had a choice of large, medium, or small, and last time it was so delicious that I chose the medium and wanted to eat a little more, so this time I went for the large! The large portion was quite voluminous and very satisfying ♪ I was very satisfied this time as well and wanted to come again! ! Thank you for the meal!
