友人のお祝いで訪問。
キッチンを囲うようにカウンターが配置され
炭火での調理を楽しむ事もでき、雰囲気も抜群！
今回頂いたのはこちら！！

・炭火香るさんまのカルパッチョと焼きナス
・ブリの藁焼き
・カツオの藁焼き フレッシュトマトソース
・地ハマグリの真っ黒焼き

こちらにそれぞれワインを4～5杯飲んで
お会計は26,860円。
特にお気に入りは白いとうもろこしの冷やっこと
地ハマグリの真っ黒焼き！
白いとうもろこしの冷やっこは
ポタージュスープを固めたような感じで
口当たりなめらかで
とうもろこしの甘みがはっきり伝わる。
冷やっこというよりプリンのような甘さ。
地ハマグリは蛤のポテンシャルが
最大限に発揮されている。
塩などの味付けは一切なく
ハマグリが持つ本来の旨みで
出汁もとれている。
とにかくすべてが美味しかった！
個人的にはとてもお気に入りのお店！！
