I made a reservation and visited on Monday from 7pm. There are sparsely empty seats, and you can easily get in without making a reservation. The interior is an elegant Restaurants with a bar-like atmosphere. Each item on the menu is impressive, and the presentation is spectacular. However, since each person gets a portion at the right time to eat, it's easy to go even with a large group. The pork has just the right amount of fat and is juicy. In particular, the dry ribs are crispy on the outside and deliciously fatty on the inside. I think the simple seasoning of salt and pepper allows you to enjoy the ingredients even more. They take advantage of the quality of the pork, which is the flavor ingredient, and the quality of each dish is extremely high.
