ずっとずっと行きたかった
モダンフレンチと薪を融合させたグランメゾン
L'eclaireur（レクレルール）♡
フランス語で“様々なものに光を照らす者たち”という意味だそうです。
もう店名がオシャレなのよ
店内は６席程で個室は一部屋のみ
ですが、ここは、個室より店内を味わっていただきたい。
どこか、北欧を感じられるようなインテリアや、
全ての火入れに「薪」を使用されており、
店内の香りが香ばしい。
お料理は旬な食材が使われており，
見たことないようなアレンジが施されており、
特に写真二つ目はヒラメのなんかなのですが、
何かわからないままがっついてしまい気がつくとなくなっており、
白子と椎茸のスープは、相性抜群すぎて
もっと早く出会いたかった組み合わせNo. 1です。
椎茸って万能過ぎる。
これだったら椎茸が苦手な人も絶対いけるんとちゃいますかね
震えるくらい美味しかったのよ
少し、気分が落ちていたので元気になりました。
食事って本当に大事と思わせていただきありがとうございました。
