代官山駅から徒歩5分。今年の2月にオープンしたばかりのカウンター和食のお店です。コンクリート打ちっぱなしのお洒落な店内でした。こちらランチ限定で「牛ヒレカツサンド」があるとのことだったのでヒレカツサンド目当てで初訪問！
注文内容
▫️牛ヒレカツサンド
(サラダ・スープ・ドリンク付き)
注文を受けてから作ってくれるので、揚げたてほやほやのカツサンドが食べられます。想像していたより小ぶりだったけど、厚めカットなので食べ応えありました。使っているのは国産交雑牛らしいですが、しっとり柔らかくておいしかったです。
パンは香ばしくカリッと焼かれていてヒレカツの柔らかさを引き立たせてくれます。粒マスタードのプチプチ食感、和食屋さんらしい特製醤油ダレもおいしかったです。
メニューはカツサンドの他にもチキンカツサンド、スズキカツサンド、テンペロコロッケサンド(ベジタリアン向けのコロッケを使用)、和食屋のタマゴサンドなどもありました。お値段がお高めなので気軽には行きづらいですがちょっと贅沢なランチをしたいときにはおすすめです♡
