穴場のベトナム料理屋さん！
新宿歌舞伎町交番の前をそのまま東新宿方面へ！区役所どおりを過ぎて、次の信号角にあります。土曜日の夕方に来訪！前日に予約をしました。当日は満席で入れない客もあり。予約がベターです。入り口は1階にあり、階段で２階へ！近隣に住む外国人客が多いようで、日本人は少ない感じでした。料理は最初に”お通し”がでるという…ちょっとサプライズあり。料理は700～1000円程度の料金設定ですが、どれもボリュームたっぷり！4人位で利用するのがベスト。定番の生春巻きは太目の胡瓜と人参が巻かれ、野菜スティックを食べているような食感。魚介類はなかなかいいものをつかっているようで、魚のすり身あげはとってもぷりぷりで”うま味”が出てるっ。料理によって甘め、酸味のあるもの、さっぱりしているもの…などなど、全体的に味付けのバランスがいいと思います。今回、一番気に入ったのはカレーかな。甘めのカレーに玉子、セロリに飯タコ！ご飯にあいます（でも、量が多いので４人位でいくべし）。スタッフは現地の方のようで、ちょっと気配りには欠けますが…一生懸命な感じがいいかも。笑 料理も美味しいし、トータル的に気に入ったのですが、残念ながら店内は喫煙可。タバコを吸う客も多く…嫌煙家としては残念無念（この段階で評価は3以下）。分煙されるといいんだけど♪

2023.01【再訪】新宿歌舞伎町にあるタイ＆ベトナム料理のお店！正月2日に来訪。料理は1,000円前後が主流。定番の生春巻きはサラダ感覚で人参やキュウリたっぷり！ライスペーパーも適度な柔らかさで文句なし。肉＆ピリ辛カシューナッツ炒めは量もたっぷり。こちらはやや塩味が強くて御飯が必要。とても美味しかったのはグリーンカレー。甘さ、辛さ、旨味のバランスがグー。大きな海老もたっぷり、タケノコの食感も良く、量もたっぷりで…大満足。タイ米がやや芯があるのはちょっとマイナス点ですが、こちらのグリーンカレーが今まで食べた中で一番かも。その他、デザートも大きくていい。ココナッツ風味のデザートが多いですが、パパイヤも甘酸っぱくて美味しく…大満足でした！
