初めてクジラのお刺身を食べましたが、ぜんぜん癖がなくて食べやすくおいしかったです。

店員さんがフレンドリーで日本酒の知識がとっても豊富でお話聞いてて楽しかったですー！
昔からチェックしていた鯨肉の食べられる新宿の居酒屋、樽一。東京だと少ないんですよね。
鯨の盛り合わせが、どの部位を食べても感動するくらい美味しかった。
鯨料理は相変わらず美味。月曜日なので日本酒は出来る限り抑えたが、惹かれるものが沢山あった
浦霞をボトルで出していただくと，同じ四合瓶で仕込み水をサービスしていただけます。これが結構嬉しいです。ちゃんとお酒と同量の水を飲めよ，と言っていただているようです。
生ホヤは癖がなく，鯨の全種盛りも...
