歌舞伎町の区役所通り沿いにある「樽一 新宿本店」にお邪魔して今宵は一献です。久しぶりに集まった人達との飲み会で利用しました。
「樽一名物！くじら刺し全盛り（人数分）」の1800円を事前に頼んで、その他の料理はアラカルトでお願いしました。料理やドリンクはテーブルオーダーで注文です。店内の雰囲気は大衆居酒屋って感じでサラリーマンがたくさんいらっしゃりました。
とりあえず生ビールで乾杯です。ドリンクの種類も豊富な感じでした。
くじら刺しには、8種類の刺身には～木皮、鹿の子、ハツ、さえずり、ベーコン、赤身、美脂、尾の身といった今まで食べた事のない部位ばかりです。頼んだ料理は、ごぼうの唐揚げ、山芋千切り、鶏のから揚げ、ポテトサラダ、あん肝、カニ味噌などをいただきます。どれも美味しかったです。
