新宿三丁目駅直結のビックス新宿ビル地下1階にあって、平日ランチは海鮮系のランチメニューや煮魚などの定食までいろいろ。
私が食べたのはミックスフライ定食で、この日はいわし・鮭・エビ・イカでした。
衣がカラッとしていて、どれも美味しく揚がっているフライ！
小鉢・つけもの・味噌汁がついて、白ご飯はおかわりもできるんです。
味噌汁はアラ汁で、これまた美味しかった～♪
実はこのアラ汁。
月曜日と水曜日のみ、普通の味噌汁が先着100名までアラ汁で提供されるという、新宿三光町店の限定サービス。
知らずに行って、ちょうどこの日に当たったのでラッキー。
でもふだんのお味噌汁も飲んでみたいし、別のメニューも食べたいので、別の曜日に次は行ってみようかなと。
さらにセルフサービスの給茶機では、緑茶のほか、コーヒーも飲み放題。
席数があるためか、平日12時台のランチタイムでも入店待ちの列ができることもありませんでした。
落ち着いて過ごすことが出来るので、オススメのランチスポットです。
