店内満席で15分ほど待つとのこと。結局５分ほどで席が空き、ほどなく入ることができました。
名物白肉うどん(１玉、1,000円)
おでん たまご(200円)、牛すじ(380円)、平天(380円)
八銭ハイ(600円)
を注文しました。

おでんは甘めの出汁がしっかりと染み込んだ具材が大変美味しくいただくことができました。
特に牛すじはまさにすじ肉という印象で、しっかりと歯ごたえがありつつ、それでいてくどくなく、丁寧なお料理だと思いました。
うどんは豚骨＆味噌ベースのスープに生姜が効いています。
うどんの出汁としては非常にこってりしていて、変わり種として◎なおうどんでした。
この日は運良くすぐに空きましたが、飲みで利用されているお客様が多いので、すぐに空かないこともあるかもしれません。
特に、３人以上(テーブル席)ですと待つのにはかなり時間がかかりそうな印象を受けました。
