入り口からして香りがいい。
お香のような優雅な香りがフワッと香ってきて、いい気分になれて入店。
この店は鮪が美味いと聞き、気になった鮪系の料理をいくつか注文。
確かに、全部美味かった。
注文した酒・料理全て外れなし。器のセンスも良かった。
本鮪赤身刺しは分厚く、身にねっとり粘り気があり、味も濃厚。鮪そのものの味がよく味わえる。
鮪なめろうも絶品。
普通なめろうといえばアジを連想するけど、物珍しく注文したらこれがまた酒に合う。
特に美味かったのはねぎま鍋。
鮪は生で食べるのが一番好きだと思っていたが、この鍋のマグロは程よく脂のとろみが出ていて、ほろほろしてて美味い。
魚臭さもなく、出汁も美味しかったので今度行った時もまた食べたいと思う。
他にも食べてみたいものがあるので、また行く。
