Lunch for moms celebrating their graduation from university. In a celebratory mood, we had the Bizen course (around 9,000 yen). It was a fun lunch, not only because of the taste, but also because of the tableware and presentation, and because we grilled the wagyu beef on bamboo leaves in our own charcoal grill made with binchotan charcoal. The presentation was fun, and the conversation was great. Park Hyatt is a little far from the city center, so it is quieter and more comfortable than Keio Plaza or Hilton, with fewer people. Restaurants on the upper floors has a modern design that makes the most of the view, but it is gorgeous and I was able to enjoy a sense of the extraordinary. The staff was also very kind. When I made a reservation on the official website, I was given a welcome drink and a toast with champagne. There are often time limits on reservation sites, but I stayed for about four hours.
