西新宿にすっぽん料理が楽しめるお店がある、という事でお伺いしました。
場所は、丸の内線西新宿駅からすぐ！
オークタワーの１階にありました。
入口から和の落ち着いた雰囲気。
人数に合わせた個室がいくつかあるようでした。
接待や記念日などにもゆっくり食事が出来るので良いですね♪
料理は、コースをお願いしていました。
■すっぽんの唐揚げ
すこし甘めのタレがかかっていました。
サクッと揚がっていて旨い！
■浜名湖産 生のり酢
酢の物でさっぱりと！
生のりの風味がとても良かったです。
■すっぽん名々鍋
メインのすっぽん鍋。
こだわりの佐賀県産のものだとか。
臭みもなく、コラーゲンたっぷりで温まりました～！
■活伊勢海老姿盛りと活蝦夷あわびのお造り
豪華な伊勢海老とあわびの刺身も。
あわびは小ぶりですが丸ごと！
歯応えが良く美味しかったです。
■牛サーロインと旬野菜のすき煮 ～温玉添え～
お肉も頂きました。
柔らかいサーロインのすき煮！旨い！
温玉なのも嬉しいですね。
■めはり寿司と伊勢海老のかぶと汁
伊勢海老のかぶと汁は、良い出汁が出ていて美味しかったです。
めはり寿司も風味が良くて、さっぱり頂けました！
すっぽんだけでなく、刺身や肉料理も頂けて大満足なコースでした！
また大切な席の際に利用させて頂きたいと思います。
