厳選・吟味した豚肉を専門のとんかつ職人が、ブロック肉のロースやヒレを切り分けます。銘柄豚フェアは、3種類の銘柄豚の一番良いものを毎月厳選してサービスランチとして提供させて頂いております。揚げ油は植物性の綿実油を100％使用し、衣をカラッとサクサクに仕上げます。お米は茨城県産あきたこまち100％を使用して、美味しい炊き立てご飯を提供しております！！ご飯＆キャベツは ”お替わり自由” |
新宿NSビルのB1Fはファストフード、展望階にはレストランが入っている。専用エレベータで高く上がり、窓際に陣取った。
都庁全体が良く見える。プロジェクションマッピングしていたら一等地だ。
定食がやはりバランスが良いが、丼もあるにはある。ロースカツ定食/ヒレカツ定食なら1,000円を切るのだが、アスパラ巻きを付けると多少超える。でも付けて良かったです。
カツは歯ごたえ軽く、ソースとカラシを絡ませてサクサク頂いた。繰り返しだが眺望がよく、静かな西新宿を見下ろしながら食べるのも気持ちがいい。
キャベツとご飯はおかわり自由。味噌汁の単価に思いを馳せるなどした。
次回は、カレー150円を付けてバリエーションを広げたい気持ちもある。今日はささやかに節約。
