PR for restaurants |
Arudentei was founded in Ginza in 1977 and continues to deliver the same delicious flavors.
A spaghetti restaurant that is particular about serving al dente. The noodles are boiled and the sauce is made after receiving an order. Authentic Italian home cooking. Enjoy a wide variety of dishes |
Solo lunch during a break from work. This noodle shop is located on the 1st floor of Shinjuku Center Building MB, about a 10-minute walk from the west exit of Shinjuku Station. It was founded in 1977. As the name suggests, the spaghetti is boiled to a unique degree, and the restaurant is crowded with local workers during lunch time due to its original menu. I visited the restaurant on a Friday after 2 p.m. The restaurant was full and there were four people waiting outside. I thought I had missed the peak time, but it was very popular... That said, the turnover is good. I was shown inside the restaurant in 7 to 8 minutes and took a seat at the counter. The clientele was mostly workers due to the location, but there were also elderly groups, families, and a few foreigners. Now, it's time to order. There are more than 30 types of spaghetti on the menu, including limited-time items. I had a hard time deciding, but I chose Lorenza spaghetti with bacon, egg yolk, and sour cream from the cream sauce category. It was 1,580 yen. The bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. At first glance, it looked like a carbonara. Break the egg yolk and mix well. Mpaa━(゚∀゚)━!! The egg yolk and sour cream blend together to create a rich yet refreshing aftertaste. With plenty of fatty and smoky bacon, it's extremely satisfying to eat. The subtle pepper adds a nice accent. And don't forget the al dente! It's perfectly finished with a slight chew and elasticity. It's definitely a taste that makes me want to come back again and again (∩・∀・∩) When I can't wait in line at Hashiya, I'll come here (∩・∀・∩) Thank you for the meal♪
