Currently, we recommend seasonal nigori sake, hiyaoroshi, and freshly squeezed raw sake. All-you-can-drink options are available for course meals. Depending on your budget, we offer 5, 10, and 15 types of Niigata local sake (Hakkaisan, Kagetora, etc.). If you like Japanese sake, you might end up drinking too much.
DrinkNiigata's Koshino Kanbai rice shochu, as well as Tsuruyo Yukio rice shochu and Hakkaisan rice shochu are available.
Koshino Kanbai is a pioneer of Niigata local sake! The cold plum rice shochu. We also have premium shochu aged for 5 years with an alcohol content of 40°, as well as Hakkaisan rice shochu and Tsururei's Yukio rice shochu.
