A drinking party with employees from the Tokyo branch. The hotel I stayed at was in Shinjuku Sanchome, so I was taken care of here. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Niigata's alcohol and food.・Tochio fried ・Gagange ・Wakame salad ・Oden ・Hegi soba ・Namachu ・Highball ・Hakkaisan, Uonuma de Kori We mainly order Niigata's specialties. Fried Tochio is a specialty of Echigo Tochio. It is reminiscent of Miyagi's Tsurugiyama's triangular fried chicken. Astragalus is a deep-sea fish that is commonly eaten in Toyama and Niigata. Although it looks like an eel and is slimy, it is delicious when dried and grilled. Hakkaisan's Uonuma Dekoro is a label sold exclusively in the Uonuma region. I had never had it before, so I couldn't help but order it. The taste is refreshing and dry. Lastly, when you think of Niigata, it's Hegi Soba. Soba noodles are served individually on a wooden tray called a hegi (kataki). The soba noodles are made with seaweed instead of wheat flour, so they have a slight color to them. I was satisfied with the rich local cuisine! The payment was 18,060 yen for 4 people. Thank you for the meal.
