シャリもフワッとした柔らかい握りで、良いホグれ具合。
マグロ赤身も適度なとろけ具合で美味しいのですが、
穴子の身の柔らかさが良いですね。
イカも鮮度感を感じるトロみと歯応え。
この価格なら、大満足！
そして外国人も喜ぶでしょう。
良いランチ握りだと思います。
