新宿三丁目の焼鳥屋「今井屋本店」に足を運びました。
◎良いポイント
● 絶品焼鳥
焼き鳥は、なかなかよかったです。
特に、皮の串は絶妙な焼き加減で、皮のパリパリとした食感と中のジューシーさが口の中で調和していました。
それぞれの串が持つ独特の味わいが、一本一本丁寧に焼き上げられており、職人技を存分に感じることができました。
他に印象深かったのは、ぼんじりとレバーの串。
ぼんじりは食感が抜群で、鶏の旨味が凝縮された一品でした。
レバーは絶妙な火加減で、口に入れるとクリーミーな舌触りと深い味わいが広がります。
それぞれの串が、鶏の異なる魅力を引き出していました。
● 料理のバラエティと質の高さ
焼鳥以外もよかったです。
たとえば、鶏のたたきは表面を軽く炙り、内部はしっとりとしており、噛むほどに旨味が溢れ出ます。
また、季節の野菜を使った一品料理は、鶏料理とのバランスを考えた絶妙な味付けで、食事の楽しみを一層深めてくれました。

新宿の「今井屋本店」では、絶品の焼鳥と迅速なサービスを堪能できました。アクセスの良さも魅力の一つです。
